Are We Three Company earrings heavy?

We think it’s quite the opposite, actually.  Clay earrings are known for not only being stylish and durable, but extremely lightweight, as well!  We find them to be some of the most comfortable earrings we’ve ever worn.  Think gorgeous, comfortable slippers…except for your ears. 

How should I care for my earrings?

Although polymer clay is durable, flexible, & should stand up well to normal wear, they are not invincible and special care should be taken to keep them in great condition.  It is best to avoid water (showering, swimming, working out, etc.) to keep the metal pieces of your jewelry from tarnishing.  Sleeping while wearing your jewelry can also shorten the life of your earrings.  Avoid direct exposure to oils, makeup, perfume, lotions, chlorine, and sunscreen.  If needed, earrings can we wiped with a damp cloth or cotton swab to remove any makeup residue or smudges.  Still struggling to get that stain off of your jewelry?  Try using a small bit of 100% acetone (nail polish remover) on a cotton swab and gently rub over the area of concern.  Storing your jewelry in an airtight container or bag (ziplock) can help lessen the chance of tarnishing.  Bottom line…be intentional and careful with your jewelry.

Will my earring posts stay intact?

At We Three Company we try to ensure that your jewelry will withstand the test of time  This means that to secure our posts to our jewelry we start by glueing the post in place.  Once dry, we cure them with UV resin in order to keep,them permanently fixed in place.  This process should keep your earring posts secure and stable.  If for some reason you experience any issues with your posts, please contact us at emily@wethreecompany.com

Do you offer custom orders?

At this time we do not offer any custom orders.  

Can I return my jewelry?

In order to maintain clean and hygienic jewelry, all sales are final.  If your earrings should break or arrived damaged within 1-week of your purchase we will replace them (subject to the style of earrings and discretion of the owner).
